After a brief hiatus, we’re back with our Fashion & Interiors posts! This room designed by Claire Staszak, owner of Centered by Design, is such a breath of fresh air, since neutral rooms are so trendy right now. I love the pops of red and turquoise, and was inspired to style a colorful outfit to match.

Red just so happens to be THE color for Fall 2017, so why not go all out? Monochromatic outfits are fun and dramatic, but there are a few things to consider to make sure you still look chic. Tips for Styling a Monochromatic Outfit

• If you want to wear red (or any bold color) head to toe with sophistication, opt for rich fabrics like wool, knits and suede. 
• The shades of red don’t have to match perfectly; in fact, it’s better to have some variation.
• Add some texture to a monochromatic outfit with accessories, like these fringe earrings and suede shoes.
